2026 PSO Updates

Dear PSO family, 

As we draw close to the end of 2025, I want to thank every competitor, judge, volunteer, spectator, studio owner, coach, and beyond who helped to make this year’s events so memorable. While we start gearing up for an even more exciting 2026, we wanted to share some updates:

After Dark Events

Some After Dark events have been shifted to different locations to ensure venues allow competitors to wear pasties and thongs onstage. Check out the Calendar of Events.

Community Guidelines

We believe everyone has something to contribute and deserves to have their moment–on stage, in the audience, and across all our shared spaces. We have updated our community guidelines to align more with this ethos and are excited to continue nurturing a supportive environment for competitors, spectators, and beyond. Financial Accessibility Award

We are building a scholarship program for 2026! Stay tuned for an announcement coming around Giving Tuesday.

Paid Judges

We began paying judges in 2025, enabling us to be more selective about our judging panels and provide better feedback to competitors. In 2026, we will update the judge training process and continue to improve our processes to reduce or eliminate the potential for bias in judging.

Rules Updates

We released an update in July that included clarifications of some rules, new processes, and other updates. Read the Rules Updates.

Canada Competitions

We would love to host Canada East and Canada West in 2026. This year, we will gauge interest before booking our venues. If there are enough responses, we will hold these events! Please stay tuned for more details on how to get on the interest list, which will be coming soon.
