We are seeking individuals to fulfill roles on all of our event travel teams: PSO - US and Europe, and ASO. Operations Manager

Responsible for traveling to, and managing, PSO events and ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license and experience with event management.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Traveling to an event to coordinate onsite

- Managing pre-event setup and post-event breakdown

- Assisting with registration, ticket sales, and merchandise sales

- Coordinating travel and meals for the event staff onsite

- Event shipments onsite

- Managing volunteers and the volunteer schedule onsite

 

Music Manager

Responsible for traveling to competitions, managing competitor music, and coordinating with judges, announcer, and stage monitors. The ideal candidate will have experience with setting up and tearing down professional/theater audio equipment and some stage management or event coordinator experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Traveling to an event to work onsite

- Assisting with pre-event setup and post-event breakdown

- Playing the correct music for the correct competitor

- Keeping the competition running on time by coordinating with judges, announcer, and stage monitors


Judge Wrangler

Responsible for traveling to competitions, making sure that the judges are seated on time for each event, being an alternate judge as needed, and troubleshooting the PSO judging software system. Strong computer skills preferred, but no development experience required. The ideal candidate will be a pole dancer who can judge up to the professional level as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Traveling to an event to work onsite

- Assisting with pre-event setup and post-event breakdown

- Assisting with keeping the competition running on time by coordinating with judges and music manager

- Judging events as needed


Front of House

Responsible for traveling to competitions, tickets and check-ins, and event customer service and sales. Prior event work experience a plus. The ideal candidate will be friendly and have strong writing and computer skills. In Europe, we are looking for someone who speaks English and another language spoken in Europe - this person interacts with competitors and spectators from many countries.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Traveling to an event to work onsite

- Assisting with pre-event setup and post-event breakdown

- Registration, ticket sales, and merchandise sales

- Directing traffic- Competitors to backstage or dressing area, restrooms, and spectator seating for shows.

 

Photo and Video Team Members

Responsible for traveling to competitions, setting up the photo and video area, assisting with event setup and tear down as needed, and capturing photos and videos of all competitors. Prior event work experience a plus. The ideal candidate will be pursuing a career or education in the field of photography.
