Head, shoulders, knees, and toes! Rewind to the shoulder part. As pole dancers, our shoulders play an integral role in our sport. From shoulder mounts to twisted grips to basic spins, we rely on this complex bundle of small muscles and tendons to support while we fly high and roll low. Our shoulders are overused and abused and prone to injury. Pour a little love in these two joints! Invest in the prevention part.
