Be A Business Badass

Be A Business Badass

Calling all pole industry business owners! You have another shot to get into our business course at Pole Con 2019. For the last 3 years, I have been attending courses that have helped PSO expand while simultaneously reducing my stress levels. The class is geared specifically towards pole industry creatives who own a business. The goal of the course is to help you by providing tools and processes for success! One of my business course instructors will be hosting a small, private class on Thursday, June 6 from 9AM - 5PM in Denver, CO at the Westin Westminster hotel (PoleCon hotel).

Be A Business Badass

The description:

Do you wish running your business wasn’t so damn hard? Regardless of industry or size, every business deals with the same fundamental elements: Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Processes, People, and Money. The pole industry is no exception, and the ideas that other mainstream companies use to make their businesses successful can be applied to us, too. This full-day workshop for business owners will share best practices and tools to help you make your business work smarter for you with less effort. We are only accepting a small group, so you will have time to get personalized attention from our instructor, as well as breakout sessions for work with other businesses.

While we love and value studio managers or other staff, this course is open to business owners only. Please submit an application for attendance to using this form here (it’s also below).

Participants will learn tools and takeaways regarding:

  • Finance 101 -- making money matters easier to understand

  • Dashboards -- tracking key metrics that help your business succeed

  • Core Work -- Values, Customers, Services

  • Marketing 101 -- a discussion on bang for the buck in marketing tactics

  • Build Your Processes -- with Affinity Mapping and Checklist Manifesto

  • Leadership 101 -- being a leader others follow and holding people accountable
